Magneto and Skittle Math- Ava and Rachel's Blog

Hi, this is Ava and Rachel we are bloggers of the week. We are going to tell you about a game we played in science it is called Magneto Mouse! So what you do is you are running on the road and collecting cheese. The magnets are facing the opposite sides because the magnets attract to each other and make the magnet go. And when you see the ducks crossing the road you flip the magnet so the same sides are facing each other so you can stop. Then you keep going. But if you run into the ducks you die and you have to start over again.

We also got to do something fun in math to! We got to eat skittles and do math at same time!

Light it Up~ Melanie and Takoda's Blog

Hi, this is Melanie and Takoda blogging about our new science unit about electricity. Our first stem activity was to light a light bulb with only tinfoil, a battery, tape and a light bulb. At first most people could not get the lightbulb to light, but soon many of our classmates got the lightbulb to glow. It was a fun experience and we think that it was a challenging activity and we think students next year will have fun with it to! Bye!

Way to go, Hallie!

Welcome to the Never Finished Learning Hall of Fame, Hallie!  Hallie decided to take part in our Never Finished Learning challenge and completed 25 assignments to earn a place in the Hall of Fame.  NFL members go above and beyond the normal classroom expectations and challenge themselves to do more than what they "have" to do. I am so proud of your hard work and effort! Way to go!
