Author visit

Hello, Colleen here. I am the student blogger this week. Today author Paula Young Shelton came to talk about her book, Child Of The Civil Rights Movement. Mrs. Shelton was a great storyteller because she emphasized her words when something was very important. She told us about a protest march and having dinner with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.! Today was a fun day!

Valentine Fun!

Students had a lot of fun at our Valentine party! They had to stack conversation hearts to see who could create the tallest tower, drop rose petals into a bucket, make cards, and make a cute craft! Thank you to all the parents that helped organize!
