Adaptations Lab

We had a great time in science today! We discussed animal adaptations and did an experiment to demonstrate bird beak adaptations. Students used a spoon, tweezers, and chopsticks to represent different bird beaks and then attempted to pick up different objects using their "beak". Then we graphed the data. Take a look!

Math Power Towers

Hi I'm Emma class blogger of the week.  Math power towers are cups with multiplition facts on them, you read the fact , and say the answer to put a cup on.  You try to make a big big tower with out letting it fall.  If you don't get it right you put it on the bottom of the stack.  Hayden and I were able to make a really big tower.
